Sushi and Saki with Chef Max Katsuno
Join Coast tonight (March 23rd) for a Sushi and Saki dinner with Chef Max Katsuno. Max Katsuno grew up in Japan and discovered his love for food at an early age. Inspired by Japanese culture and arts, he knew he wanted to share his knowledge of traditional Japanese cuisine with others.
For $150 enjoy delicious sake paired with courses such as Sashimi, Grilled Alfonsino, and Assorted Nigir, around Coast’s centre bar.
